Bush War Lies #34 - Jessica Lynch

Oops! Turns out the military didn't exchange fire with Iraqis in "rescuing" Private Lynch, because there were no Iraqis firing at them and the hospital was already in friendly hands! Turns out she didn't go down shooting, she received her injuries in a car crash! She says the doctors and nurses at the Iraqi hospital treated her well and never slapped her, the incident that Mohammed Odeh al-Rehaief, that lying Iraqi opportunist, claims started the chain of events that led to her PR-oriented, filmed "rescue."

Seen any other filmed rescue missions in Iraq? No? Gee, I wonder why ...

I mean really, folks -- how obvious does it have to be that we were fed a line of crap about Jessica Lynch? Wonder what else we've been fed a line of crap about?

Hint: This is the 35th example of a bald-faced lie perpetrated on the public by Bush and his lackeys they've been caught in, and just today another likely candidate has surfaced -- but we'll hold off till the dust settles a bit and we can see what the facts are. This series isn't winding down, let's put it that way.

By the way: 35 factual, error-free reports of Bush or his administration lying about the Iraq war, and so far not a single factual challlenge. Not one.

Bottom line here: Jessica Lynch sets the record straight (despite what must have been enormous pressure not to make the administration look bad for lying about her), and even complains that the public was mislead by her self-proclaimed "saviour" and the US government. We should be paying attention to what Private Lynch is trying to tell us.
