He’s Satan’s Problem Now

Jerry Falwell, the rotund TV evangelist who founded the Moral Majority and built the religious right into a huge if legislatively ineffectual political force, died Tuesday from an apparent heart attack. The hypocrite Falwell, who ignored religious edicts to have a sound body, spent a lifetime criticizing others who didn't fit his interpretation on how human beings should live their lives.

Falwell was loved by the obsessively fearful: Those who feared eternal damnation, those who literally slept at night with guns under their pillows, those who feared the world was going to hurt them -- and those who feared change and couldn't fit into the modern world. He played on those fears to become a powerful player in social conservative politics. He was certainly no man of God, and if Satan is real Hell has a new blowhard today. Good riddance.

While all the people were listening, Jesus said to his disciples, "Beware of the teachers of the law. They like to walk around in flowing robes and love to be greeted in the marketplaces and have the most important seats in the synagogues and the places of honor at banquets. They devour widows' houses and for a show make lengthy prayers. Such men will be punished most severely."
-(Luke 20:45-47)

This quote is from the man that Falwell used for his own personal gain.

I shed no tears for this filthy fucking piece of shit. May he burn in an eternal Christless Hell.

And I accepted Jesus at the age of ten!!!
