Goodbye Dad

My father, Bernie Martin, passed away today.

I thought I'd post the following picture, as I'm reasonably sure it would be his favourite amongst those I've taken of him in recent years.

From the back row, that's my wife Heather, myself, my brother Micah and his wife Patti.

In front is my 100-year-old Aunt Austelle, and Dad. We were celebrating her birthday and the completion of his book documenting the Martin family history and his ancestors.

I'll have more to say about Dad in the coming days, but there's a lot to do just now.
