I've been linking to Billmon for years now, and although his pieces are decidedly un-bloggy (quite long, with lots of actual quoted research rather than just links), he can make a point better than anybody this side of Digby.

This entry of his was a horse of a different colour, however: a map showing the three states (yes, three) where Bush still has positive job approval numbers (ie over 50%).
