Let Me See if I Have This Straight ...

The Bush administration is proposing to build permanent prisons all over the world (outside the US, that is) in which they will throw people who may or may not be terrorists/support terrorists, without trial or rights of any kind, forever.

What country is this again?

I think it's pretty clear now that Bush, if not his entire cabinet, are absolutely insane.
